Job summary

Advania UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology project deliveries from initiation to handover, ensuring scope, time, budget and quality are met. You will coordinate internal teams, customers and third-party suppliers, maintaining governance and proactive risk management.

The role emphasises clear communication, stakeholder engagement and robust reporting across the project lifecycle in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering technology projects in a client/supplier environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying budget and complexity.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced technical consultancy or managed services environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project profitability, change control, risks and contractual commitments.
• Proven ability to work confidently with technical consultants, senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Able to challenge constructively, drive decisions and hold stakeholders accountable when required.
• Experience of Microsoft Modern Workplace, Cloud or Digital Workplace projects is highly desirable.
• Professional project management qualifications are beneficial, but are not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery against scope, timescales, budget and quality.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, deliverables and acceptance processes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, resource plans, budgets and governance documentation.
• Coordinate project teams across technical, commercial, operational and customer-facing workstreams.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and steering groups with documented actions and decisions.
• Provide clear project reporting including progress, milestones, financials, risks and dependencies.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and changes, escalating where needed.
