Job summary

VCCP Roar in London is seeking an ambitious Executive Director to partner with the Founder in tech PR, commercial strategy and performance. You will shape operations, drive profitability and lead cross-functional teams across client work, new business and group opportunities.

Working with the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll be the operational engine, balancing high-pressure growth with culture, delivering on promises, and guiding teams toward exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily workflow, capacity planning, and agency profitability.
• Leads Directors and talent retention, shaping culture and development.
• Acts as senior escalation point for key accounts and drives organic growth.
• Partners with Founder on organic growth and pitches for large opportunities.
• Leads agency pitch teams to high standard and supports cross-group opportunities.
• Supports decision making as second-in-command and trusted alternative to Founder.
