Job summary

Digital Media Services UK Limited is seeking an academy tech operator to join the DMS Academy in London. You will support the delivery of film and TV content on tight turnarounds for an international audience, learning under experienced colleagues.

You'll gain full training in the first year, including structured milestones, with regular feedback and exposure to live campaigns for renowned clients. LATAM shift is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Capable of using Adobe Premiere Pro independently.
• Awareness of Adobe Media Encoder and Adobe Audition.
• Basic knowledge of video file formats and encoding.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of film/TV content on tight turnarounds.
• Re-versioning domestic TV spots and social content.
• Finalise localised content for international distribution.
• Produce output meeting film/TV technical standards.
• Edit TV spot cutdowns, social media, promos.
• Upload/download content to bespoke digital asset management platforms.
• Liaise with operations, client services, and clients.
• Turn around projects with accuracy and deadlines.
• Work independently during shifts when required.
• Learn new workflows and processes from the team.
