The role

The Technology Operations team supports the functional health of engineering across the firm, from recurring reporting to the governance that keeps operations running smoothly. This is a generalist role, spanning data analysis, process improvement and operational coordination, suited to someone who enjoys moving between different types of work rather than specialising in just one.

You’ll own recurring operational and productivity reporting end-to-end and engage directly with senior managers on ad hoc data requests, explaining and defending your analysis rather than simply handing it over. You’ll also contribute to wider operational effectiveness initiatives, such as process redesign, and hold day-to-day ownership of operational hygiene and resilience work, flagging issues as they arise.
