Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood seeks a Technology, Material and Process Analyst Intern for a placement year. You will engage in laboratory research, develop and evaluate testing plans, and interpret results to shape future production methods.

You will collaborate with a wide range of process partners, gain hands-on lab experience, and contribute to the development of methods while aligning with BMW Group standards.

Qualifications

• Study in materials science, chemistry, surface technology, plastics or related field.
• Lab experience and practical material analysis knowledge desirable.
• Awareness of production processes and BMW group business recommended.

Responsibilities

• Learn laboratory research in an agile environment.
• Develop and evaluate testing plans for metals and chemistry topics.
• Interpret results, generate recommendations and create test reports.
• Contribute to test method development and improvements.
• Collaborate across sites with plants and labs to gain broad insight.
