Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams of engineers using an Event Driven Architecture.

• Able to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience developing products that drive user action from data.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and engineering quality across multiple product teams.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Engineering.
• Coach engineers to build a high performance culture and strong career development.
• Prioritise work with stakeholders to align with business needs and strategy.
• Ensure production readiness and smooth deployment of changes.
