Key Responsibilities:

The SAP PLM Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP PLM solutions to effectively manage product data and lifecycle processes. This role requires collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PLM with other SAP modules and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP PLM module implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across the product lifecycle using SAP PLM, MDM (Master Data Management), and MDG (Master Data Governance).
• Conduct workshops for process design, requirement gathering, and user training.
• Optimize PLM processes to align with industry standards and business goals.
• Support integration with other SAP and non SAP systems.
• Manage engineering change orders (ECOs), part number setups, and product compliance workflows.
• Provide post implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP PLM, including hands on experience with configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver MDM Technical for data governance and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Design target operating model for enterprise and Change Management.
• Analytical Thinking with attention to detail.
• Effective Communication and Presentation Skill.
• Ability to work in international and cross functional team environments.

Preferred Skills

• Automotive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) certification is a plus.
• Experience in Consumer Goods or Pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with RoHS Env Reg Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP PLM consulting, with at least two full cycle implementations.
