CAD-IT Ltd is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Consultant to support design, implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Siemens Teamcenter solutions. The role focuses on delivering PLM improvements across engineering and manufacturing environments and requires strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement.

You will lead requirements gathering, configure data models and workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and go-live activities.

Aufgaben

• Configure, implement, and support Siemens Teamcenter solutions across customer environments.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional Teamcenter solutions.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for PLM improvement.
• Configure Teamcenter data models, workflows, lifecycles, access controls, and change management processes.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Produce functional specifications, solution designs, user documentation, and training materials.
• Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, solution architects, and project managers.
• Support integration activities between Teamcenter and CAD/ERP/MES/SAP.
• Provide guidance on PLM best practices, governance, data management, and process standardisation.
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and proposals.

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Consultant to support the design, implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of Siemens Teamcenter solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to deliver effective Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions that improve engineering, manufacturing, and product development processes.

This role requires a strong understanding of Teamcenter functionality, PLM best practices, and business process transformation within engineering and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Siemens Teamcenter solutions across customer environments.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional Teamcenter solutions.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for PLM improvement.
• Configure Teamcenter data models, workflows, lifecycles, access controls, and change management processes.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and go-live activities.
• Produce functional specifications, solution designs, user documentation, and training materials.
• Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, solution architects, and project managers throughout project lifecycles.
• Support integration activities between Teamcenter and other enterprise systems such as CAD, ERP, MES, and SAP.
• Provide guidance on PLM best practices, governance, data management, and process standardisation.
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal support where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience implementing and supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles and methodologies.
• Experience configuring Teamcenter workflows, lifecycles, data models, BOM management, and change processes.
• Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing business processes.
• Experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience supporting system testing and deployment activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
• Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter integrations and data migration activities.
• Experience with Siemens NX or other CAD integrations.
• Understanding of Teamcenter classification, requirements management, or manufacturing modules.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or high-tech sectors.
• Awareness of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Experience within consulting or professional services environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
