Job summary

Unilever’s Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is a 36-month rotational leadership development track for high-potential undergraduates in the UK. You’ll work in a function, tackle live projects, and develop leadership and core professional skills with a dedicated mentor.

You’ll rotate across six six-month placements, with opportunities in Technology, Cyber Security or Data & Analytics, and may work across Kingston upon Thames, London, and Port Sunlight.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for curious, purpose-driven graduates with a keen interest in technology and a growth mindset.
• You don’t need to be an expert yet; a real interest in tech and the ability to ask good questions matter.
• Integrity, good judgement, ownership and balancing pace with care are valued in this programme.

Responsibilities

• Complete six rotations, each six months, to gain depth and breadth of experience.
• Specialise in Technology, Cyber Security or Data & Analytics and rotate across your chosen area.
• Be flexible to work across offices in Kingston upon Thames, London and Port Sunlight depending on rotation.
