Job summary

TikTok is building out our Solutions Engineering team to help external clients thrive by architecting and building solutions that meet business objectives. As a Solutions Engineer, you will identify challenges, ship end-to-end solutions, and drive client success across cross-functional groups.

You will collaborate with Ads product engineering and sales to unlock growth opportunities for advertisers while influencing product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience shipping production quality code.
• Proficient in Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of API and backend systems design.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with client side of engineering teams from select vertical or industry and managing and driving joint engineering roadmap.
• Work with sales partners to identify business opportunities for advertisers' business goals.
• Build and ship new products as well as as end-to-end customized solutions in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams.
• Influence the road map of product development to solve the business challenges
