Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Solutions Engineer to architect and build solutions for external clients and partners, prioritising client success and cross-functional collaboration to help achieve business objectives.

You will manage relationships with client-side engineering teams, collaborate with sales to identify opportunities for advertisers, and build end-to-end customized solutions with Ads product engineering teams. The role influences the product roadmap to address business challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience shipping production quality code.
• Familiar with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally.
• Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with client-side engineering teams from select vertical or industry and driving joint engineering roadmap.
• Work with sales partners to identify business opportunities for advertisers' business goals.
• Build and ship new products as well as end-to-end customized solutions in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams.
• Influence the road map of product development to solve the business challenges.
