Qualifications
- 8+ years in production operations, SRE or DevOps roles.
- Strong leadership and mentoring of engineering teams.
- Experience implementing reliability practices (SLOs/SLIs).
- Hands-on with cloud-native services on Azure and AWS.
- Proficiency in CI/CD and IaC tooling.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration.
Responsabilités
- Lead 24x7 reliability operations for Screening services and platforms.
- Define SLOs/SLIs and drive improvements via backlogs.
- Act as Major Incident Commander for critical outages.
- Drive automation across incident response, deployments, and observability.
- Co-own cloud reliability roadmap with platform teams.
- Mentor SRE engineers and support workforce planning.
