Job summary

Corsearch is seeking a Tech Lead to guide and scale our Product Infrastructure team in Greater London. You will lead a team of 3–5 engineers, shaping architecture for real-time data pipelines and managing production-grade infra, including Kubernetes on AWS.

You will mentor engineers, drive migration from legacy batch tasks to streaming systems, and own PostgreSQL performance and data modelling under heavy load. Strong collaboration with product and data science teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong track record leading 3–5 engineers.
• Experience migrating batch to streaming pipelines.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL performance tuning.
• Proven cloud and Kubernetes administration experience.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ingestion pipeline modernization from batch to real-time.
• Mentor and manage 3–5 engineers, set roadmaps.
