Job summary

ARIA is recruiting an experienced Science and Technology Lead to guide a bold programme in particle profiling technology across the Adaptive Machines space. You will lead technical discussions, shape proposals, and work with Creator teams spanning startups to universities to advance the programme into impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent deep technical experience in aerosol science or related fields.
• Experience working with startups or end-user environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical programme to profile particles across projects.
• Review proposals and assess milestones for Creator teams.
• Plan and contribute to technical discussions and reviews.
• Communicate complex ideas to government, funders and partners.
• Collaborate with partners to drive project delivery and momentum.
