Job summary

ARIA is seeking an accomplished Technical Programme Lead to catalyse breakthroughs in particle profiling. You will shape and deliver a bold research programme, review proposals, assess milestones, and provide strategic technical direction across Creator teams.

You will join a bold, agile team funding projects from universities to startups, accelerating translation and impact while strengthening ARIA’s technical culture and long-term programme strategy.

Qualifications

• Exposure to developing particle profiling technologies and sampling methods.
• Experience with aerosol measurements in environmental or health contexts.
• Understanding of aerosol chemistry and analytical bottlenecks.
• Ability to relate particle profiling data to end-user needs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn rapidly in new scientific areas.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
• Clear articulation of complex concepts and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead to shape and deliver a bold particle profiling programme.
• Review proposals, assess milestones, and stay close to creator work.
• Lead technical discussions in meetings and formal reviews.
• Provide evidence-based insights to guide strategic direction.
• Communicate complex ideas to government, funders, and colleagues.
• Identify emerging trends and surface opportunities across the programme.
• Co-author white papers and technical reviews to articulate ambitions.
• Drive project delivery with the Creator teams and track milestones.
