Qualifications

• Proven experience defining technology strategy and architecture across multiple products and teams.
• Strong full-stack grounding: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Rust and/or Go.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis and MongoDB.
• Architecture expertise: microservices, event sourcing, serverless.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technology roadmap and architecture across multiple domains.
• Lead complex technical decisions on initiatives spanning multiple systems and teams.
• Drive engineering excellence: quality, security, observability and operational resilience.
• Coach and mentor engineers and technical leads to grow future leaders.
• Raise standards through communities of practice, technical reviews and architecture forums.
