Job summary

Siemens in Manchester offers a one-year Business IT Intern placement in the Digital Industries Division. You will work on real projects, attend the office 2-3 days per week with hybrid options, and gain hands-on experience in programming, data and AI to improve business processes.

You’ll collaborate across teams, learn to communicate effectively, and participate in workshops that foster innovation. Applicants are undergrad students pursuing IT-related degrees with a passion for learning.

Responsibilities

• Join the Digital Industries Division at Manchester with hybrid options and occasional on-site collaboration.
• Solve everyday tech problems and keep systems running smoothly.
• Help others understand and use technology confidently across the business.
• Engage in projects using programming, data and AI to improve workflows and goals.
• Run workshops and presentations to foster teamwork and ideas.
• Support sales by improving how customer inquiries are shared through automation and AI.
