Job summary

eNL Legal is seeking a Commercial Solicitor with experience in technology, IP and/or data protection to join its expanding team in Oxfordshire. You will manage your own caseload of commercial contracts and tech agreements while advising diverse clients with strong drafting and advisory skills.

The role offers exposure to high quality work, with opportunities to work with senior colleagues on complex transactions and projects, as the firm values delivery of outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years’ PQE in commercial law with exposure to technology/IP or data protection.
• Strong drafting and client advisory skills across a varied commercial landscape.
• Commercially minded with attention to detail and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of commercial contracts and technology agreements.
• Advise clients on IP, data protection, and related commercial issues.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex transactions and projects.
