Job summary

eNL, a leading regional law firm, seeks a Commercial Solicitor with technology, IP and/or data protection experience to join its expanding team in Oxfordshire. The role is full-time and permanent with a salary of £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will manage your own caseload across commercial contracts, technology agreements, IP matters and privacy issues, collaborating with senior colleagues on complex transactions and taking on increasing responsibility as you develop

Qualifications

• 1–5 years PQE in commercial law, technology, IP or data protection.
• Strong drafting skills and clear communication with clients.
• Commercially minded with attention to detail and high client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of commercial contracts, technology agreements and data protection matters.
• Work with senior colleagues on complex transactions and projects.
• Provide high-quality advice to a diverse client base.
