Job summary

Oxford-based law firm is seeking a Commercial, Tech & IP Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join its growing team. You will handle commercial contracts, technology agreements and intellectual property matters, advising clients on practical commercial solutions.

You will work closely with a range of clients, supporting high-value and complex transactions alongside experienced Senior Lawyers, and managing a varied caseload with strong technical knowledge and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience handling commercial contracts, technology agreements, and IP matters.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage a varied caseload.
• 3+ years’ PQE in a commercial, tech or IP practice.
