Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a fixed-term contract to join our established team, focusing on technology and specialist recruitment. You will source, screen and manage end-to-end processes, delivering a positive candidate experience while building talent pipelines.
Working with Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, you’ll drive activity across multiple tech vacancies, using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to attract passive talent.
Competenze
- Proven track record delivering technology/IT recruitment campaigns.
- Agency or in-house Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong sourcing and talent-pipeline building skills.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
