Job summary

Asset Partners in London is seeking an Associate to join its pan-European private equity team. The role spans the full investment lifecycle, from deal execution to portfolio value creation, with hands-on involvement across origination and strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with senior professionals, build robust financial models, perform diligence, and contribute to evaluating opportunities across sectors in Europe.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity or related field.
• Strong investment judgement and rigorous due diligence.
• Advanced financial modelling and technical skills.
• Clear interest in fund's investment sectors.

Asset Partners is working with a pan-European private equity fund seeking to hire an Associate into its London team. The firm invests across a range of sectors and takes a hands-on approach, partnering closely with portfolio companies to drive growth and value creation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team with exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from deal execution through to portfolio work and origination.

What we are looking for:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity or a related field
• Strong investment judgement and a rigorous approach to diligence and analysis
• Advanced financial modelling and technical skills
• Clear interest in the fund's investment sectors
• Excellent academic background, with a 2.1 or 1st from a leading university or equivalent
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
