A leading global growth equity fund in London is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to get involved across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing and evaluating high-growth technology investments. Ideal candidates will have 1-4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity, excellent analytical skills, and a strong academic background. This position provides exposure to senior decision-makers and the chance to work on impactful transactions.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years’ experience in investment banking, growth equity, or private equity.
• Strong M&A and due diligence experience.
• Exposure to Technology investing or a genuine passion for the sector.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thematic research and proactive idea generation.
• Source, screen, and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Perform financial modelling, commercial analysis, and due diligence.
• Manage transaction execution and stakeholder relations.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive value creation initiatives.
