Qualifications

• 1–4 years’ experience in investment banking, growth equity, or private equity.
• Strong M&A and due diligence experience.
• Exposure to Technology investing or a genuine passion for the sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thematic research and proactive idea generation.
• Source, screen, and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Perform financial modelling, commercial analysis, and due diligence.
• Manage transaction execution and stakeholder relations.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive value creation initiatives.
