Job summary
ICAEW in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Manager, Tech Governance, Change & Comms to lead technology governance, change management and communications across the organisation.
The role focuses on aligning the tech portfolio with strategy, delivering measurable outcomes, and guiding the Tech Change Manager and teams through governance and adoption.
Hybrid working is offered with a salary in the £70k–£85k band, plus benefits and development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience leading governance, PMO or business change initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage teams and oversee large digital portfolios or transformation programmes.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools Jira, Power BI and ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Lead tech governance and change functions; mentor the Tech Change Manager to support portfolio delivery and adoption.
- Oversee governance and prioritisation processes; provide executive oversight of Portfolio Steering Group.
- Drive delivery discipline and standards; promote use of delivery frameworks and agile practices across the portfolio.
- Oversee benefit tracking and realisation; monitor outcomes and escalate risks as needed.
