Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks a Program Manager for the Tech for Social Good (TFSG) team to advance technology capacity-building for nonprofits across EMEA. You will partner with HR, Corporate Responsibility, Communications, and Legal to support community initiatives and employee-driven tech education.

You will manage end-to-end programs, track outcomes, and create compelling materials for stakeholders while coordinating across a global technology center network. Travel within EMEA is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• 2+ years of program management experience in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with lead program managers to deliver TFSG technology capacity-building programs for nonprofits across EMEA.
• Coordinate program execution with project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Track and report program data, outcomes, and impact to inform improvement.
• Develop presentations, reports, and impact storytelling materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and manage relationships with nonprofit partners, volunteers, and internal teams.
• Maintain adherence to risk, controls, governance, and data management requirements.
• Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies relevant to program delivery.
• Travel within EMEA to support stakeholder engagement and in-person events.
