Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Program Manager for the Tech for Social Good (TFSG) team in London. You will partner across HR, Corporate Responsibility, Communications/Marketing, and Legal to scale technology capacity-building programs for nonprofits across EMEA.

You will manage end-to-end programs, track impact, develop compelling materials, and travel within EMEA to support in-person events, helping the tech workforce contribute to social impact.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to facilitate and engage stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and risk/issue escalation.
• Relationship management across diverse stakeholder groups and partners.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data and present insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing in a team.
• 2+ years of program or project management support in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with lead program managers to deliver TFSG's capacity-building programs for nonprofits across EMEA.
• Coordinate program execution with project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Track and report program data, outputs, outcomes, and impact.
• Develop presentations, reports, and impact storytelling materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and manage relationships with nonprofit partners, volunteers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain adherence to risk, controls, governance, and data management requirements.
• Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and tools relevant to program delivery.
• Travel within EMEA to support stakeholder engagement and in-person programs.
