Job summary

St Helens Council is recruiting a Commissioning Officer to lead the procurement and commissioning of prevention services and technology-enabled care across Adults, Children’s and Public Health. You will work with NHS partners, voluntary sector, and technology providers to design services keeping people independent and healthy.

The role requires degree-level education or relevant commissioning experience in health or social care, with strong partnership and contract-management skills and a focus
