Job summary

Wickes is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to join our Tech Delivery Team in Watford. You will lead cross-functional squads through the full product lifecycle, aligning technical delivery with business priorities and driving modern delivery practices.

You’ll champion proactive risk management, robust reporting, and stakeholder engagement, delivering scalable, resilient technology solutions while collaborating with Product Owners, engineering teams, and suppliers.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager/Technical Product Manager in a complex environment.
Strong knowledge of software delivery lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines and modern product engineering.
Experience with risk management, reporting structures, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional engineering squads through the full product lifecycle using Agile frameworks.
Own and manage technical deliverables on the product roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Monitor and manage technical debt and architecture for scalable platforms.
Proactively manage RAID—risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
Set up automated delivery reporting and governance across tools (Jira/Confluence).
Collaborate with executives, sales, marketing, operations and support teams.
