Primark's technology team is actively shaping the next wave of advancements. As a Technology Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business change projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives on time and within budget.

You’ll partner with business and technology stakeholders, manage budgets and risks, and drive projects from scope through to business-as-usual transition, ensuring high quality outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects within retail, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments.
• Strong project management expertise with a track record of managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Experience working with supply chain, warehouse management, logistics, ERP, or related enterprise technology platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making across business and technology teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and business change projects, ensuring objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and governance frameworks to support successful project execution.
• Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and success measures.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring effective cost control and timely escalation of variances.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party suppliers, and systems integrators to ensure all project activities are aligned and delivered effectively.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, governance, and smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
