Primark is seeking an experienced Technology Projects Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business change initiatives in a retail environment. You will develop detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and quality targets.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects within retail, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments.
• Strong project management expertise with a track record of managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Experience with supply chain, warehouse management, logistics, ERP, or related enterprise technology platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and systems integrators in delivery-focused environments.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to drive projects to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business change projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, resource plans, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; escalate variances as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and systems integrators for aligned delivery.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and ensure a smooth transition to BAU.
