Rendesco in London is seeking a recent graduate to join our IT, data, AI and cybersecurity team. The role provides hands-on experience across technology with support from our IT services partner and colleagues across the business.

You will work on day-to-day IT operations, asset management, security controls and responsible AI initiatives, with potential to take on more responsibility as you develop. This is a great start to a tech career in a growing, purpose-led business.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in computing, data, or cyber security or AI.
• Shows interest in IT, data, AI and security and ability to learn quickly.
• Demonstrates curiosity, analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Able to communicate technical ideas clearly and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT systems, hardware, software and cloud services.
• Assist with IT asset/ licences and user access management.
• Support supplier relationships and value for money in services.
• Help maintain Cyber Essentials Plus certification and security controls.
• Support security awareness, access reviews and incident response.
• Contribute to responsible AI approach, tools and data protection.
• Assist data governance, reporting and UK GDPR activities.
• Identify opportunities to use data/AI to improve processes.
