Job summary

Career Moves Group I B Corp™ in Central London is seeking a Commercial Manager to govern contracts, risk, and relationships in a tech environment. You will negotiate, review, and manage commercial terms across a portfolio of software solutions and services.

You will work closely with sales, delivery, legal, and leadership teams on high-value opportunities, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance while driving commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Commercial Manager, Commercial Analyst, Contracts Manager, or similar commercial contracts role.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial risk, and pricing models.
• Experience working within technology, software or SaaS.
• Knowledge of government procurement frameworks, such as G-Cloud, would be highly advantageous.
• Financially literate with the ability to analyse margins, costs, and payment structures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and Salesforce.
• Understanding of SaaS and software licensing models.
• World Commerce & Contracting qualification (or similar) advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and negotiate commercial contracts for new and existing customers.
• Support bid and tender submissions, including commercial reviews, risk assessments, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure contractual agreements comply with internal governance, legal requirements, and relevant public sector regulations.
• Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks while helping to protect business interests.
• Produce commercial reporting and provide insights on key risks and opportunities.
• Support contract lifecycle processes, order booking, and contract tracking activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes, controls, and systems.
