Qualifications

• Experience in FCA-regulated environment desirable.
• Experience taking minutes, setting agendas, and coordinating governance meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for commercial projects; track actions and test controls.
• Organise quarterly product reviews, log follow-ups and support regulatory standards.
• Oversee relationship management with external suppliers and track SLAs.
• Collaborate with marketing to review campaign effectiveness and ROI alignment.
• Act as secretary for key committees; set agendas and take minutes.
• Provide sales with regular reports and performance visibility.
• Analyze market trends to develop new product ideas and improvements.
