Job summary

Machenta Ltd in London is seeking its first dedicated Community/DevRel leader to showcase our robotics platform and ignite a vibrant developer community.

You will own the strategy and execution—from events, tutorials and social content to developer relations—working closely with the founders and representing us at conferences in King's Cross.

This hands-on role offers equity, private health insurance, and the chance to shape how Instant Robot Learning is experienced.

Qualifications

• Experience building and growing a community or DevRel program.
• Ability to translate complex tech into developer-friendly content.
• Wamiliar with robotics/AI space and active in relevant communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a strategy to grow the community.
• Organise events, hackathons, meetups and workshops from concept to execution.
• Create tutorials and social content to engage developers.
• Build relationships across startup, hobbyist and research communities.
• Represent the company at AI and robotics conferences.
• Collaborate with founders to feed feedback into the product.
