- Experience advising on technology contracts, IP licensing, data protection and related advisory matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise on enterprise cloud agreements, digital transformation and AI projects.
- Draft and negotiate software licensing, outsourcing and web/mobile app contracts.
- Support corporate, competition and IP protection matters within the technology sector.
