Job summary

MSD in the UK, based in London Moorgate, is offering a 12-month GEUS Technology Intern placement to support end-user services, collaboration tech and AI-driven initiatives. You will work with experienced IT professionals to enhance the employee technology experience across the London office and participate in regional and global projects.

You will gain hands-on experience in IT operations, stakeholder management, and Generative AI adoption while developing communication and project coordination

Qualifications

• You must be currently studying at a UK university and intend to complete a 12-month student internship
• Interest in AI, digital workplace innovations and end-user technology services
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Support GEUS technology services for London employees, including device and room tech
• Assist with local/regional/global GEUS initiatives and project coordination
• Promote Generative AI adoption, awareness campaigns and training sessions
• Create engaging communications, presentations and knowledge-sharing materials
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and document issue tracking and resolutions
