Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Analytics, etc.).
• Experimental, iterative approach with curiosity for autonomous AI and practical application.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define high-impact technology opportunities.
• Architect and build intelligent production solutions using the best data engineering tools, focusing on Agentic AI.
• Deliver real projects from Day 1 and gain experience with mentoring and coaching.
