Job summary

Livity Life Ltd in Oxfordshire invites you to join our TEC service centre in Bicester as an Installation Technician. You will deliver, install and collect TEC equipment at people’s homes and other locations across Oxfordshire.

You’ll also service and repair equipment, load and unload goods, and contribute to a high standard of customer service. A full UK driving licence (3+ years) with up to 6 points is required; PAT testing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required, minimal 3 years, with up to 6 points.
• Experience in installation, maintenance or testing of TEC equipment preferred; training provided.
• Able to load/unload heavy items and travel across Oxfordshire.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• PAT testing experience advantageous; training provided.
• Experience driving a van beneficial.
• Comfortable working with vulnerable people.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Telecare/Community Equipment desirable but training available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install and collect TEC equipment in customers’ homes and other locations across Oxfordshire.
• Service and repair TEC equipment as needed.
• Work with the TEC service centre team in Oxfordshire.
• Represent the company professionally with customers.
