Job summary

Livity Life Ltd in Liverpool is seeking an Installation Technician to join the TEC Service Centre. You will handle delivery, installation, and collection of TEC equipment across Liverpool, plus servicing and repair responsibilities, contributing to proactive, person-centered care.

Working hours are 40 per week, Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00, with a company van provided for work. The role supports vulnerable individuals and involves training where needed to ensure high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work off their own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Previous relevant experience is preferable; however full training will be provided.
• You must hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years) with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Previous PAT testing experiences an advantage, but training can be provided.
• Previous van driving experience would be beneficial.
• You must be comfortable working with vulnerable people across our counties.
• Knowledge of Telecare and/or Community Equipment desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivery, installation and collection of TEC equipment within people’s homes and associated locations across Liverpool.
• Servicing and repair of TEC equipment.
