Responsibilities

• Lead the shop floor during key trading and operational hours.
• Serve customers, fill stock, and support at the tills while staying hands-on.
• Coordinate daily tasks and allocate resources to keep the store ready to trade.
• Maintain high standards on the shop floor: clean, safe, well-stocked and easy to shop.
• Be a role model, share best practices, and foster a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Utilise store systems and tools to support operations and deliver great results.
• Adapt to business needs with flexibility across different areas of the store.
