Marks & Spencer Plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver great service and keep the store running during key trading hours.

You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, serve customers, stock shelves, and support tills, while coordinating tasks and allocating resources to meet the pace of a busy store. This role requires 18+ and offers night shifts with an unsocial premium of £3 per hour for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
