Belong Chester is seeking a Team Senior Carer (Nights) to join our warm, friendly households. You’ll provide person-centred care to older residents, with a focus on dementia support, helping them stay independent and safe through the night shift.

Working with a small, dedicated team, you will carry out a variety of duties to maintain high care standards and comfort for residents, ensuring their wellbeing and dignity is at the forefront of every task.

What you will be doing... You'll be working in one of our households with a warm, friendly team as a Team Senior Carer (Nights). Working in Belong Chester you can make a real impact to the lives of older people; giving them the support to continue to live independently by providing excellent personal centred care. You will be experienced in caring for the older generation, especially in a dementia setting. This role is ideal for someone with the experience of working in a very small team across a wider area.
