Job Opportunity: Senior Carer at Belong

The Role

As a Senior Carer, you will support our residents by upholding Belong's high standards of care and values. Your role involves encouraging independence in daily living skills and ensuring the wellbeing of our residents. No two nights are the same, and your willingness to go the extra mile and your caring nature are essential.

About You

You should be friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and open to trying new approaches. If you are passionate about caring and placing customers at the heart of your work, we want to hear from you. Flexibility is required as our service operates seven days a week.
