We have an exciting opportunity to join Aspris as the Head of Safeguarding in our Care division. Working remotely with nationwide coverage, the Head of Safeguarding will be an experienced specialist practitioner with in-depth knowledge of safeguarding children and young adults within a care setting. The successful candidate will support the Executive Safeguarding Lead and the wider Operational management team.

What are we looking for?

1. Educated to degree level or equivalent
2. Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written)
3. Specialist training and qualifications in Safeguarding for Children and Adults
4. Sound knowledge of protection, prevent, and safeguarding
5. Minimum level 3 Safeguarding training for Adults & children
6. Ability to have honest, professional, and challenging conversations in various settings
7. At least 3 years of experience in a safeguarding-focused role or service
8. Experience working in a care setting with understanding of regulatory safeguarding requirements
