Writing discharge letters, completing referrals to other services, updating patient documentation, taking minutes in meetings, collating service data, completing local and national data and performance audits.

Staff management tasks such as processing annual leave, sickness absence, appraisals.

Ordering supplies and equipment for team and patients.

Carry out appropriate health and safety tasks relating to team's work and office environment.

You will need an ability to work well with minimal supervision, good verbal and written communication skills and flexibility to respond to a fast-changing caseload.
