Benugo at The Burrell Collection in Pollok Country Park is seeking a Team Member to take orders and serve food and drinks, maintaining a high standard of customer service. Training will be provided, and experience is not required.

We are looking for an experienced Team Memberto join the team at theBurrell Collection.

Nestled within the beautiful surroundings of Pollok Country Park, The Burrell Collection is home to one of the finest art collections ever assembled by a single individual, with over 9,000 objects gifted by Sir William Burrell.

Our catering operation reflects the same sense of quality and experience. The Burrell Restaurant offers a range of fresh, seasonal dishes made using the finest Scottish ingredients, from hearty family favourites to lighter, healthy options and a dedicated children’s menu. In our café and espresso bar visitors can enjoy barista-made drinks, grab-and-go snacks and sweet treats, all designed to be enjoyed indoors or out on the terrace overlooking the park when the weather allows.
