Job summary

Tebay Services is seeking store colleagues to support our operations by unloading deliveries and processing stock accurately. You will ensure food safety regulations are followed and stock levels are maintained so customers can purchase the right products at the right times.

You will support both Farmshop and Catering teams, keeping stores organised and stock available. You will escalate stock or stores issues to your manager for resolution.

Qualifications

• Stock handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a physically demanding role.
• Moderate level of IT skills

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and ensure correct stock processing.
• Upload stock onto the stock file accurately and maintain food safety compliance.
• Maintain organisation of stores and ensure stock is available at the right times.
• Escalate stock or stores issues to the manager for resolution.

Our stores colleagues support our operations by helping to ensure that delveries are unloaded and stock is processed accurately and effectively.

Attention to detail and working efficiently are key attributes to ensure stock is processed and customers have the right products available to purchase at the right times. Each delivery must be unpacked, processed and uploaded onto the stock file accurately ensuring food safety regulations are followed and correct stock levels are maintained.

Supporting both our Farmshop and Catering teams, you will work to ensure that stock is available at the right times, that the stores are organised effectively, deliveries are processed correctlly and any stock or stores issues are escalated to your manager for resolution.

A positive 'can do' mindset, great communication skills and ability to work independently is essential for this role as well as a moderate level of IT skills and the ability to work in a physically demanding role.
