Morrisons in Bridgwater is seeking a Stock Controller responsible for ensuring all warehouse stock is accurate and traceable from intake to despatch. With 1500–3000 pallets arriving daily, you’ll help maintain stock availability and ensure products reach customers on time.

You’ll split time between office and warehouse work, comply with site policies, and contribute to smooth operations while joining a team that values reliability, adaptability and strong working relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow health and safety policies and site rules.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Strong relationship-building skills.

More about the role

As Stock Controller you'll ensure that all stock in the warehouse is correct and accounted for, in a timely, accurate and consistent way. With between 1500 and 3000 pallets arriving on a daily basis, you'll ensure that any movement is traceable from intake to despatch.

Supporting overall warehouse performance by efficiently managing stock, you'll work with other teams as needed and ensure that stock availability is correct at all times and products are distributed to our customers. Your time will be split between working in an office environment and a warehouse environment.

More about you

• Ideally has some previous experience of working in a fast paced warehouse environment
• Can comply with all site policies such as health and safety, security and housekeeping
• Is flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure
• Is able to build and maintain good working relationships
