Job summary

AIT Home Delivery UK Limited is seeking a diligent Stock Controller to join our expanding UK team in Swindon. You will maintain stock accuracy across client accounts, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We value a proactive, detail-focused approach, strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, and the ability to own issues from identification to resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Experience in stock control or inventory management in warehouse/3PL.
• Analytical with ability to identify trends from data.
• Flexible and proactive with ownership mindset.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, manual environment; willing to work at height.
• Experience using Mintsoft WMS is desirable.
• Reach D2 License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy across client accounts.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, audits and stock checks.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and pick errors.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Work with warehouse teams to improve processes and performance.
• Utilise Mintsoft to manage and report stock data.
• Support warehouse optimisation and stock location improvements.
• Assist with repicks, rebooking and stock corrections.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

We are currently looking for a Stock Controller to join our friendly and rapidly growing team. We are seeking a hardworking, punctual and reliable individual who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys problem solving, and can take ownership of stock accuracy within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Role:

• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy across all client accounts within the warehouse
• Conduct regular cycle counts, audits and stock checks across all locations
• Investigate stock discrepancies, pick errors and stock queries in a timely manner
• Identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
• Work closely with warehouse teams to improve processes and overall performance
• Utilise WMS systems (Mintsoft) to manage and report on stock data effectively
• Support warehouse optimisation, improving stock locations, picking efficiency and workflow
• Assist with repicks, rebooking and stock corrections where required
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and management
