The What...

As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer experience! No two shifts are the same; you may be welcoming guests at reception, hosting parties, or serving food and drinks. Your professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm will ensure our customers have a memorable and enjoyable visit.

Team Members are trained across all key areas, supporting every stage of the customer journey, including working in the kitchen if needed.

Opening Hours And Shift Patterns

Our centres are open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we seek availability from applicants.

Typical shift patterns include:

• Weekday AM: 09:00 - 17:00
• Weekday PM: 17:00 - 00:00
• Weekend AM: 09:00 - 18:00
• Weekend PM: 16:00 - 01:00

Shift times may vary by centre. Inductions and ongoing training will prepare you for success, with opportunities for career progression and further training, including apprenticeship and management programs.

Requirements to be a successful Team Member include:

• Flexibility with working hours and shifts
